Mariam is a seasoned Human Resources professional with excellent
experience across the HR value chain which includes Talent Management,
Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Strategic Leadership, Culture,
change management and Organizational Development.

She has a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management and
Marketing from Keele University, Staffordshire and is a Certified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) UK.

Her vast work experience spans across Jumia Nigeria, Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, Stanbic IBTC, Lafarge, Koch Industries UK in various HR capacities with exposure to various Management courses including lean 6 Sigma yellow belt.

She is passionate about Youth coaching & development, diversity & inclusion. 

Mariam was appointed as the HR Executive, People and Culture in November, 2022.
