Job Title: Transport Operations Controller

Job Function

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Transport Operations. Responsible for organizing the safe efficient distribution of clients' goods and ensuring that clients' orders are fulfilled to achieve the clients' expectations and business objectives. Responsible for the effective and smooth deliveries of the distribution services to Clients. Manage day to day distribution activities.


Qualifications required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Skills and experience required - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role

competencies Required

a. Good knowledge of the use of computer. E.g., Microsoft office.

b. Excellent in learning skills, communications (Verbal and Written), interpersonal relation, Set standards of performance


c. Agree targets, define objectives nd responsibility, data analysis, and problem solving

 Position: Quality Assurance & HSE Manager

Type of Experience, Knowledge & Skills required

a. Exposure to safety policy formulations


b. Implementation of ISO Management systems and environmental audits

c. Understand Job safety analysis and QHSE planning

d. Carry out HSEQ Audits/ Incidence and accident reporting/mitigation planning

Minimum Qualification & Professional Certification required

·         Bachelor’s degree in sciences with relevant work experience.

·         Conversant with statutory regulatory requirements e.g. QMS, SHE, ISO etc.

·         Experience in warehousing and distribution of pharmaceuticals, FMCG operations and logistics in Nigeria


·         NEBOSH certification


·  ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditors Certificate


 

Position: Project Officer

Location: Oregun, Lagos

Summary of Job Function

Provide essential support to a project by working with the project team members, by organizing project meetings, maintaining project documents, identify problems or risks, and managing the project schedule, to achieve project success.

•     Leadership Skills

•    Quality Management


Minimum Qualification & Professional Certification required

•   Bachelor's Degree or HND

•  Higher Degree/Certification in either PMP or PRINCE2
