Segun is an accomplished and experienced professional, with core expertise in Projects, Operations, Facilities, Supply chain, Engineering/Construction, Contract and Procurement Management.
He joined MDS Logistics in April 2010 as Asset & Services Manager with responsibility for projects, facilities, procurement, leases, and business process. In January 2018, he was appointed General Manager, Technical Services with additional responsibility for the transport workshop operations.
In August 2022, Segun was appointed Operations Director to oversee the Transport, Technical, General warehousing and Pharma operations.
Prior to MDS Logistics, Segun has had about 10 years of experience in various roles in FMCG, Quick Service Restaurant and Banking segments, delivering major footprint projects across Nigeria and Ghana.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife-Nigeria, and a master’s degree in project management from the university of Lagos-Nigeria. He is a Professional Engineer registered by both Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Six sigma black belt credential obtained from the council for six sigma certifications, USA.
